The Services are intended for use where they are lawful. People who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, correct, or update the Services and their content at any time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for delays or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Honey Girl owns or licenses the intellectual-property rights in the Services, including website designs, software, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos. Those materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, features, ingredients, specifications, and details accurately. Electronic displays may not reproduce colors exactly, and product information can contain errors or omissions.

Products are subject to availability. Honey Girl may limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse or cancel orders, correct pricing errors, and change prices at any time. We may restrict orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, allergen statements, facility notices, and other package information before consumption.

Available payment methods are displayed during Shopify checkout and may include major payment cards, Shop Pay, and other methods enabled by the payment provider.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, payment, and shipping information. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the order total, applicable taxes, and shipping fees shown at checkout.

All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Sales tax is collected where required.

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, processing expectations, damaged-order procedures, and the food-safety return policy are described on the Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these terms.

To protect customer health, Honey Girl does not accept returns or exchanges of granola products, whether opened or sealed. Damage or fulfillment mistakes must be reported through the Contact Us form within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

Subscription pricing, frequencies, renewal timing, cancellation controls, and discounts are shown before purchase and may be managed through the subscription service connected to the order.

Rewards, referral credits, welcome offers, free-shipping promotions, and other discounts are subject to the active program terms and combination rules. Honey Girl may modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or systematically collect data without permission, impersonate others, misuse support services, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may restrict or terminate access, remove content, cancel orders, and take appropriate legal action when we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been violated.

The Services may link to or rely on third parties, including Shopify checkout, payment providers, subscription services, loyalty tools, review platforms, maps, media sites, and other external services. Honey Girl does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or separate transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, completely accurate, or free from harmful components introduced by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Honey Girl and its officers, members, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Any direct-liability limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severable and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These terms and the policies posted on the Services constitute the agreement concerning use of the Services.
