What you need
Put it together
Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Slice each apple into wedges about ½-inch thick. Arrange the apple slices on parchment paper or a serving plate.
Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely smooth and melted.
Dip one end of each apple slice into the melted chocolate, covering approximately half of the slice.
While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle Honey Girl Almond Butter Granola generously over the chocolate-covered portion of each apple slice. Gently press the granola into the chocolate to help it stick.
Lightly drizzle creamy peanut butter over the chocolate and granola.
Allow the chocolate to set for several minutes. For a firmer chocolate coating, refrigerate briefly.
Serve and enjoy! Enjoy the apple slices fresh as an easy snack, dessert, or fun way to enjoy your favorite granola.
